Introducing the 2025 GMC Terrain: Compact Yet Capable

Comfortable Cabin

The Terrain’s cabin is comfortable in every sense. It has close to 40 inches of headroom and legroom in both rows, and both front seats are adjustable for your comfort. The passenger seat offers 4-way adjustability, while the driver gets 6-way adjustability. Both seats can be upgraded to 8-way power-adjustable ones.

Active Noise Cancellation absorbs and blocks unwanted outside noise, and microphones in the cabin distinguish wanted noise from powertrain sounds to cancel out the latter. The rear glass is both deep-tinted and solar-absorbing, helping prevent glare while giving the rear seat passengers some privacy. Heated front seats are standard, and heated rear outboard seats are available.

Spacious Cargo Area

Although the Terrain is designed to be compact, it doesn’t skimp on space that allows you to transport a lot of cargo in one go. The dedicated cargo area is 29.8 cubic feet in size, but it can be expanded to 63.5 cubic feet by holding down the second row.

Fantastic Safety Technology

Every Terrain comes with standard Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, Intersection Automatic Braking, and Rear Cross Traffic Braking. These all help you stop the car in emergencies when you might not have time to hit the brake pedal yourself.

It also has a range of alert features that warn you about potential dangers including possible forward collisions, collisions with bicyclists beside you, and accidental lane departures. Several other standard features help you out in terms of safety, too, and the available Technology Package II adds more.

Well-Equipped Infotainment System

The 15-inch premium infotainment system has wireless smartphone compatibility, a Wi-Fi hotspot, natural voice recognition, personalized profiles for each driver, SiriusXM availability, and more. It offers a range of connectivity features that let you stay in contact with people without taking your hands off the wheel, and you can also enjoy plenty of music and talk to enrich your journeys and keep everybody entertained.

You can use either smartphone-based apps or SiriusXM to enjoy that music or talk. The car comes with a trial of SiriusXM, and you can also get three years of SiriusXM with the vehicle.

Plenty of Outlets

The front of the center console has one USB type A and one USB type C data/charging port you to use. There’s also a 12-volt auxiliary power outlet in the cargo area. With these outlets, you don’t need to worry that your devices will run out of power.
